I have not done this for awhile, but as I was spending time with the Lord this morning, I felt I needed to. Yesterday I had a connect group and some conversations that got me thinking. Also I was baptized on Sunday and since then my testimony has been heavy on my heart. It is amazing how you can go have a conversation with someone in the faith and walk away with a new boldness to step into the will of God. Right now, I have some one on my heart that is pulling away from God. It is disheartening to watch as it happens and not be able to do anything about it. I am learning right now that I just have to step back and let God be God. Which can be so hard sometimes. OK, a lot of the time. Me trying to play God is just me saying, "God, I don't trust you."
